Thank you for your interest in my knife sharpening services. Due to high demand and limited availability, I am currently not accepting new restaurant clients unless they meet the following pricing:
• Standard knives: $9 per knife
• Japanese knives: $10 to $15 per knife, depending on the blade type and complexity.
I appreciate your understanding, as I am prioritizing quality over quantity to ensure the best results for all my clients and to make use of my deep knowledge of the craft.. If your restaurant is willing to invest in top-tier sharpening services, please feel free to reach out.
